处理范围：0.1m³-3m³/D
排放标准：符合国家【GB8978-1996】标准Ⅲ级排放标准和国家【GB18466-2005】相关标准(客户指定排放标准或当地地标标准)
验收方式：依据合同约定的工艺和排放标准，可以是环保监测达标，委托第三方检测，双方现场检测或其他约定方式。

欧泉系列实验室废水处理机主要是针对各类实验室废水的收集、均质、处理、达标排放。该欧泉系列实验废水处理机是将实验废水经过“收集管网→集水池→絮凝→沉淀→过滤→生物反应→微电解→消毒→吸附→达标排放”等多种组合工艺进行处理。经过处理后的废水达到废水综合排放标准【GB8978-1996】中的三级标准，处理后的污水可排入市政污水管网，也可以通过再处理工艺把处理后的废水进行再利用。

The experimental wastewater treatment unit of Ouquan series is to process the experimental wastewater through a variety of combined processes, such as "collecting pipe network → collecting pool → flocculation → sedimentation → filtration → biological reaction → micro electrolysis → disinfection → adsorption → discharge up to standard".
The treated wastewater meets the third level standard in the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard [GB8978-1996], and the treated sewage can be discharged into municipal sewage pipe network or reused by the reprocessing process.
实验室废水处理机注意事项：
1、待处理废水中的成分和浓度，根据实验项目、实验时间等不同，存在很大差异。选型时请提供水质分析报告和选型咨询表；
2、工程师会根据分析报告和咨询表选择适宜的工艺， 满足达标排放的条件；
功能特点
系统工艺: 用SMBR-E化学氧化剂氧化、生化反应、生物活性炭吸附、SMBR-W微电解等技术处理废水中的有机、无机污染物。前处理系统：系统配置不锈钢过滤装置，保证系统进水的没有大于0.5mm固体颗粒物；保障增压装的安全、稳定运行。过滤装置为快开式，方便维护。
稳定性好：采用多种组合工艺，填料过滤效果好，截留率高；反应速度快，系统抗冲击能量强，运行稳定可靠。
环境友好：采用在线余氯分析仪准确控制投药量，无过量、无残留、无二次污染。
数据监测：采用在线水质监测系统，可以选择在线监测一个或多个指标。如：温度、压力，流量、电导、PH、ORP、溶氧、浊度、悬浮固体参数，并具有报警功能（选配）。
自动化程度高：控制系统采用FSPLC控制系统，对废水处理系统中各部件发出指令，控制系统进水、监测、加药、流量及排水等各过程的实时监测、控制。
集成度好：占地面积小，可根据不同需求安置于室内或室外；操作方便，运行稳定。维护费用低，使用寿命长。
适应性好：全系统采用优质耐腐蚀材质，可以在酸性、碱性等含有多种腐蚀性物质的环境长期使用。
